A 5 minute walk to the lovely Ellenborough Park Hotel which offer delightful breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea & pampering spa treatments if you so wish, or Raymond Blancs, Kings head pub in Prestbury just a 5 minute drive away. The house has been rented out privately for the last 3 years, hence lack of reviews. The space Cleeve Dell is a spacious family home, in a peaceful rural setting, yet only a 10 minute drive away from Cheltenham town centre and a 5 min drive from the racecourse or a walk if you fancy. Our 4 bedroomed house is the ideal place for a group stay for the Cheltenham Gold cup race festival. The house features a unique Light, sociable living space with exceptional craftsmanship throughout, boasting modern high-spec facilities which you would wish to find in a comfortable home away from home. A comfortable house to eat, sleep, socialise and relax with a group of friends. If the weather permits, why not open the large sliding doors and enjoy a barbecue or sit on the raised deck in the garden whilst appreciating the view. Breakfast supplies, including milk, tea, coffee, and bread will be supplied for you to prepare yourselves and a choice of supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away should you need them. A food/drink shop can also be requested to be left in the house if you would like. The kitchen is the heart of the home and we are lucky enough to have a fabulous open plan kitchen. There is plenty of room at the kitchen table (which sits 10) for socialising and enjoying breakfast or dinner. A dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and a large toaster and additional hob also available for you. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: Master features a kingsize bed & ensuite shower room. Second bedroom, 2 single beds. Third bedroom, 2 single beds. Guest bedroom includes a double bed. There is a large family bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower area. Downstairs is a cloakroom with a WC and washbasin. The use of the laundry room is also available, with washing machine, tumble dryer and a further oven and fridge freezer. Outside there is a large garden and a private driveway with space for 4 cars (and additional parking a stones throw away should you need it) All areas will be available solely for your group - there are no shared facilities. I will be available to meet you at Cleeve Dell on arrival or a smart entry and once you are settled you will be able to call us with any questions you may have. Guest access The house and garden will be solely for the use of your group, with private access. Other things to note There are beautiful walks in the cotswolds or just up the road on Cleeve Hill. Fantastic restaurants and pubs nearby if you wish. On request, I'm more than happy to carry out a food/drink shop for you that will be left in the property prior to arrival. (Bread, Milk, Tea and coffee will be supplied for your use, free of charge.) I will leave a receipt and a balance transfer can be arranged for payment if this is required. All bedding (to include linen sets, duvets, pillows and towels) is used for race guests only. This is a family home and we trust that you resect this. Strictly no smoking, vaping or application of fake tan inside the house please. No shoes to be worn upstairs.
