Mas Les Peupliers - Gite with Pool & Tennis Court

Mas Les Peupliers is a gite located in the beautiful provençal village of Cotignac. The gite consists of 2 bedrooms, living space, kitchen, and bathroom – the space is separate to the main house allowing you complete privacy. You will also have access to the swimming pool and a tennis court! Cotignac is located in the heart of the Provence & there are plenty of things to do in the area from day-trips to the coast, hiking, canoeing... The space Mas Les Peupliers is located in the beautiful provençal village of Cotignac ("Le petit St Tropez"!). The gite has a charming provençal style and consists of two bedrooms, living space, kitchen, and bathroom allowing you complete privacy. The two bedrooms are on the same level and separated by a sliding door (French shutter style). You will also have access to the swimming pool for a bit of relaxation and also a tennis court, for those wanting to keep fit! Please read all info before booking/arriving! Thank you :) Guest access The gîte is separate from the main house and has three main areas. The first includes a living space, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. This leads to the veranda, which features French doors on both sides that open to the garden. The veranda also has plenty of room for meals – perfect for when the weather doesn’t cooperate! For added convenience, the kitchen is accessed directly from the veranda, keeping cooking smells away from the main living area. Outside, you'll also have access to the swimming pool and tennis court. Other things to note ! Please read all important information about your stay below: Pool and Tennis Court: Pool and tennis court are at your full disposal (no time restrictions) however please remember to bring your own tennis rackets and balls. Ping pong rackets and balls, and a pétanque kit are provided. When using the pool, we kindly ask that you use suncream instead of oil as this creates a yellow line around the wall which is very hard to remove and degrades the experience for future guests. Washing Machine: There is also a washing machine - due to the drought situation in the Var region we kindly ask guests to limit this to two per week (liquid and softener provided). Bed Linen & Towels: Please remember to bring your pool towels. Bed linen, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided. Cleaning Fee: There is a cleaning fee of €60 to be paid upon arrival. Other: There is a plancha & grill at your disposal for outdoor dining. The BBQ is no longer available due to forest fire risk in the Var region which is a result of climate change.
