A designer penthouse perfectly furnished and equipped with all comforts, cool in summer and convenient to all the main destinations in Liguria. It is only 7 kilometers from the sandy beaches of Deiva Marina ,with one of the most beautiful seas of the Riviera. The Cinque Terre is easily accessible from Levanto by train. Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure are located about 1/2 away on the highway. Sestri Levante and Moneglia are also nearby. The space We are on the hill with a splendid view of the sea of Deiva and the hills that frame the Cinque Terre. In summer the temperature is always pleasant and at night you rest pleasantly without noise in the tranquility of the Ligurian hinterland. Getting to the beaches is quick and easy, even more so the train stations that remain the best means of transport to reach the small coastal villages. The Val di Vara is just a few kilometers away and it is worth visiting Varese Ligure (organic valley), Brugnato (orange flag) where there is a recent outlet, very glamorous and pleasant to visit. Moneglia, Bonassola, Framura, Tellaro (Unesco heritage village), the aquarium of Genoa and the city of children and boys, Chiavari with its characteristic "carugi". Other things to note The apartment is very cool even in summer, so we chose not to install air conditioning, your stay will be extremely pleasant without damaging health and the environment.
