The space Welcome to our stylish and welcoming apartment! Nestled in the heart of Barcelona's charming Eixample district, this second-floor gem boasts a private street entrance and elevator access, ensuring convenience and privacy during your stay. Step inside to discover a beautifully restored space adorned with vaulted Catalan ceilings and two charming balconies overlooking the tree-lined street below. The apartment, spanning approximately 70 square meters, exudes comfort and spaciousness, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. In the bedrooms, you'll find a cozy double bed (140 x 200) in the first room, complete with quality bedding and blackout shutters for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200), hanging space, and a balcony, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Gather with friends and family in the inviting dining area, where a large table provides ample seating for six. The fully equipped and modern kitchen boasts modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to whip up delicious meals at home. This tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be collected separately. 📆 Until March 31, 2026, the tourist tax for holiday rentals in Barcelona is €6.25 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, for the first 7 nights of the stay) 📆 Starting April 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €9.50 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, for the first 7 nights of the stay) Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link to complete the transaction. This tax is collected by local authorities and helps support sustainable tourism and city services. These items come at an extra cost and can be requested after confirming your booking. 🗑️ Garbage Collection Garbage is typically collected early in the morning or late at night, especially in warm climates. Please dispose of your trash in the nearby recycling bins (grey) in the late afternoon. 🔑 Keys Lost/unreturned keys: €180 Lock change: €350 If keys are left inside and a new set must be delivered: Between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM: €30 Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 AM: €50 🔐 Security Please ensure that all doors, windows, and balcony/patio doors are properly locked when leaving the apartment. ⚠️ Responsibility We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your stay.
