Get ready for the retro vibe! A very cozy and quiet apartment. Perfectly located: within 15 minutes walk to city centre, beautiful Toompea, Old Town or super-trendy Hipsterville called Kalamaja. (Bars and Restaurants and nice people). If you are interested in other areas of the City, then public transportation is less than 100 m from the front door. The house has a private back-yard for sitting and chatting. There is a supermarket within a small walk. All is comfy. The space The house is what they call a "Tallinn-type house". It is built in the 1930-s and carries the signature-style of Tallinn's very unique wooden architecture. It was build for workers and their families of that era. I used only the most natural materials to renovate the apartment in order to keep the original touch. This Apartment is the authentic Tallinn-thing!
