Located moments to the town centre and surrounded by the region’s stunning beaches and Lake Illawarra, travelling families can enjoy a dedicated games area, large living areas and an expansive backyard. The home captures ocean views from upstairs and offers five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ with alfresco dining.​​ The space From fishing to swimming and surfing, there’s plenty to keep you busy in Shellharbour. This centrally positioned home provides easy access to Shellharbour’s five glistening beaches, scenic picnic spots and family-favourite Jamberoo Action Park. Designed for laidback living, this property is set over two levels with a vast leafy backyard where families can enjoy a game of cricket. There’s a BBQ for cooking up a true Aussie feast and an alfresco dining table. The kitchen is kitted with everything you’ll need for meals at home with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher for easy clean-up and guests can make use of abundant supermarkets and eateries nearby. A large dining table inside makes it easy to sit down to a shared meal, while in the living room, a generous sofa and central TV ensures cosy evenings at home. Kids will love the arcade setup within the garage, which includes a basketball game and a foosball table. Upstairs there are five well-sized bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, one has a double bed and the last bedroom has two single beds, accommodating 10 guests in total. Each comes topped with crisp white linens and there is plenty of storage space for your belongings. A sofa bed within the downstairs living room can be transformed to sleep an additional two guests. Upstairs, relax in the plush lounge area, which flows to a sunny balcony framing ocean views. There is a second TV and small table that can function as a dedicated workspace. The main bathroom is located upstairs and includes a bathtub, shower, toilet and vanity. A second toilet and shower can be found downstairs within the laundry along with a washing machine for your holiday use. Guests will have access to the driveway and free street parking.
