Cosy and clean small double/twin bedroom in bright airy home recently featured on RTE's Tastes Like Home, close to all amenities, shops, trains, buses. 30 minutes from Dublin City Centre by train or car, 10 minutes from Wicklow Mountains, Powerscourt Waterfall and gardens and 10 minutes from the beautiful Bray Seafront with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and fun beachfront activities. Extra rooms available on request. Continental Buffet Breakfast is not included but can be ordered. The space Newly decorated small and compact and comfortable double/twin bedroom with shared bathroom facilities. We do not offer self catering and for hygiene reasons we would respectfully ask guests not to bring food into the bedroom. Guest access Private parking. Large enclosed garden and terrace. Other things to note Continental breakfast not included but available on request @ €7.50 p.p. juice, berries, yogurt, granola, muesli, toast, tea/coffee. Full Irish Breakfast available on request for additional €12.50 p.p. includes bacon, sausage, black & white pudding, tomato, eggs, mushrooms, toast, tea/coffee. Packed lunches: Option 1 : freshly made sandwich (ask for menu) Tayto Irish crisps, snack bar, bottle water, fruit .€8.
