The space This generous villa, situated at the heart of this prestigious development, is colourfully decorated in Thai fabrics and artwork to compliment the solid wooden furniture and minimalist design. The rustic internal colours reflect the Asian feel while taking in the beautiful open views across the valley and down towards the coast. Offering several areas inside and outside to relax and gather, this villa is the perfect residence to spread out and enjoy island life. The expanse of this villa is illustrated through the 7 bedrooms offering room for up to 18 people. With two living areas, a spacious balcony, an outside sala perfect al fresco dining, and an extensive sun deck surrounding the large infinity edge 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with feature sun bathing platform and Jacuzzi, there is plenty of room to relax and unwind while no one imposes on each others' personal space. The various living areas and outside space are complimented by a large games room, complete with pool table, dart board and gym equipment offering even more variety to the entertainment. A fully-fitted large Western-style kitchen, with all appliances, offers the opportunity for any residents to prepare desired meals. Accommodation comprises 7 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds, 6 singles (in bunk bed formation) and a further 4 single beds, therefore comfortably accommodating 18 people. Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second bedroom is also located upstairs, offering two single beds, so could be ideal for younger children who need to be closer to their parents at night. The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king-size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built-in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you from both bedrooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 5 also has a king-size bed and a single bed, ideal for a child wanting to share with parents. Bedroom 6 has two sets of bunk beds, so again ideally designed for children, or for a family wishing to all sleep closer to each other. Bedroom 7 is ideal for staff or extra guests and contains three beds: one set of bunk beds and a single bed, with en-suite bathroom. The ground floor also boasts the unique further accommodation of a second living room, with huge comfortable sofa complete with 50” flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound and cable TV COMBINED with a spacious games room with pool table, bar stools and tables, dart board and gym equipment, so endless space for everyone to relax and be entertained. Returning to upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50" flat screen TV, DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus a bluetooth speaker system. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the open valley views across Nai Harn. The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared. Amber Villa also offers wireless Internet access throughout the villa, and a landline telephone for local calls. Guest access Guests have access to the entirety of this private villa, entered through a double front door, off a quiet road in a private estate. The two level villa has a private swimming pool with surrounding patio/sun deck and secluded garden away from main roads and noises, making it safe for children and relaxing for adults. The villa is very close to Nai Harn beach, recently voted the best beach in Thailand by Trip Adviser, as well as Rawai beach, which offers restaurants, bars, nightlife, and a selection of boats for day trips to outlaying Islands. There are a number of delicious up-scale and relaxed restaurants within walking distance or short drive of the villa. The team can arrange motorbike or car rentals. Other things to note Airport transfers – these will be arranged at a discounted rate of just US$30 each way for a 12 seater van and the driver will stop at shops on the way to the villa if requested. If your booking is over US$2,000 1 free transfer each way will be provided. For bookings over US$3,000 2 free transfers each way will be provided. Van hire - a 12 seater van with driver is very popular with our guests and costs 3,000b (about US$85) per 14 hr day (including petrol). If you use the van for more than 14 hrs then an extra 100b ($3) is payable per hour. Ask you maid when you need a van. A trip to Patong for the evening will usually cost 1,600 ($45) per van. Scooters - these are also very popular and can be hired for about 200b ($6) per day. Ask your maid if you need scooters. Meals - your maid will cook breakfast at about 9am, and for an extra 1,000b will cook dinner. The cost of the food is paid for by the guests. All meals are sorted out directly between yourself and your maid. If you need an early breakfast for some reason you need to pay your maid 400b to come in early. There is a menu in the villa. Extra maid - if you have a large group you may want to hire a second maid for 500b a day. Again you can arrange this directly with your maid and she will try and find someone to help, but this is not always possible. Beach – the Villa is one of the closest villas to Nai Harn beach and is only 1.2km walk - half of the walk is beside Nai Harn lake. Restaurants – There are Thai, French and Mexican restaurants within 600m. There are numerous restaurants at Nai Harn beach. 7Eleven – the nearest 7Eleven is 1.2km away. Amber Villa is situated in a quiet secluded valley, but easily accessible, just 1.2km from Nai Harn Beach. The villa offers privacy (not over looked by anyone), no road noise at all, safe and secure for adults and child friendly. The villa has been designed and furnished as a western family home (in Phuket) to give you all your home comforts while experiencing the unique hospitality of Thailand.
