Balvicar House B&B (En-suite & Breakfast Included)

Balvicar House is located within the popular village of Balvicar 14 miles (22 km) southwest of the bustling town of Oban, on the delightful island of Seil, linked to the mainland by the "Atlantic Bridge". Balvicar Stores, Post Office and bus stop are conveniently located next door and the 9 hole golf course tees off just a sort stretch down the village road. Balvicar bay is in close proximity and many rambling walks can be enjoyed, including ones that end at the pub only 2 miles walk away. The space Ian and I have both been vaccinated and boosted against Covid 19 and promise to adapt our hosting procedures, to the recommendations of the Scottish Government, The Association of Scottish Caterers and the B&B Association to ensure the safety of our guests at all times. Guest access Arrival from 3pm please and checkout by 11 am next morning or by prior arrangement outside these times. One of us will greet you and make sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. In addition to your bedroom and private ensuite bathroom upstairs in a more private part of the house, you have access to our kitchen/dining room, cosy sitting room, drive way and garden. During your stay My husband Ian and I will be living in the house with you and will do our best to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. Our breakfast will be an unlimited Continental breakfast with fresh home baked sour dough bread, preserves & jam, yoghurts and cereals, a selection of whole fruits and fresh eggs, plus unlimited freshly ground coffee and tea. Let us know if you have any special dietary requirements and we will do our best to ensure that the right food is available for you to enjoy. Other things to note The mobile phone signal is limited on the island, unless you are with ee. We have a house phone for emergencies and BT super fast infinity broadband.
