If you need anything, let us know - we are right next door! The space The recently renovated apartment consists of 2 rooms with high ceilings that are fully decorated with quality designer furniture. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, bed linen and towels - all ready for you to move in. Both rooms have a wooden work desk. The bigger bedroom has also a day bed. Next door is the John Reed Club in the listed former Bötzow brewery, with 7 meter high domed ceilings, swimming pool, wellness area with whirlpools, saunas etc. on over 3000 square meters. Monthly membership €140, day tickets available. We offer personal chef - yoga & meditation teacher, masseur, personal trainer upon request. For stays for 2 weeks or longer, our cleaning team is to be booked once every week at the guests' expense. Guest access The entire apartment including 2 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen will be yours. For information, the former owner had combined the two flats on the floor. That's why there is another door in the hallway, but it is always locked. This is where our office starts, where we spend several days a week during the day. The Soho house is just down the road in 5min walking distance. Fitnesscenter, Spa and a nice café are waiting for you there. Other things to note Berlin charges a tourist tax, the so-called City Tax, which is 7,5 % of the room rate (net price) excluding VAT and is charged by every hotel and Airbnb in the city.
