Friesen's Lake House The Friesen's Lake House was family built and newly remodeled in 2019. It sits on 200 feet of Deer Lake waterfront with private dock that’s just minutes from the Clinton/Mukilteo ferry. The house has four spacious bedrooms (3 queens and 1 bunk bed) and two full bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi tub). It sleeps 10 people comfortably. The giant patio down stairs is perfect for gatherings with a propane BBQ (propane provided) and patio furniture. The large upstairs deck offers a gorgeous view of the lake and has a large wooden swing and two hammocks (summertime use only) for your relaxing needs. Deer Lake has bass and trout, so if you come during fishing season make sure you bring your pole! The lake is open to power boats and the house offers two kayaks, a paddle boat, and a private dock for your boating, swimming, and fishing needs. There is a maxim of 10 guests allowed on the property at one time. We require any guests that are not included in the reservation to have prior host approval. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. FIREPLACES DO NOT WORK Please note - Dogs are welcome! We charge an additional flat fee of $75 for the first two dogs, every additional dog is $25, max of 4 on the property at one time. If a guest has a pet they need to let us know. This is a SEPARATE fee requested by the host and not included in the total booking fee. There are neighbors with very friendly dogs close by. It’s not unusual for them to pay the house a visit- this includes sometimes leaving behind their waste. If this happens please let me know so I can take care of it after your departure. We have two active property managers that will keep in touch with all guests as much or little as the guest prefers. This home is less than 5 minutes off the ferry. Driving is the best way for transportation but there is a taxi service and transit bus stops located right off the ferry. Dogs are welcome!
