The cottage was built eighty years ago by my beloved grandmother. Since that time, there has been three additions. If you are looking for a modern home with no flaws, please do not reserve our precious cottage. However, if you desire a place that is clean, quiet, spacious, and full of love, then this is the place. Also, the neighborhood is rich with diversity and inclusion. It is within an hour distance from Austin and San Antonio. Don't forget about the watermelons and barbeque in Luling. The space Extremely peaceful and no drama!!!! No smoking or partying allowed in the cottage. Also, please do not light candles or incense in the cottage.
