The property is near the Moiwa ski area in a quiet part of Hokkaido. As soon as you have the time to slide into your private onsen, you’ll understand why we’re sharing this home with the rest of the world. The house has 2 x upstairs bedrooms. Bdrm 1 has 1 x bunk bed and 1 x queen bed. Bdrm 2 has 2 x double beds. We also offer a traditional futon (floor mattress). There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV). Free Internet (WIFI). Car parking for 1 x car. The space Complimentary Welcome Pack upon arrival: Energy bars Water Body loofahs Coffee Tea Milk powder sachets Entryway - We’ve designed our entryway to provide your wet gear with an ideal environment to dry and be stored for the next day. Plenty of room for footwear, outerwear, etc… We just kindly ask that you put all skis and snowboards in the basement in the provided rack. Main living area - Comfy couch, dining table, and entertainment system with TV and soundbar should get you through the evenings. Whether it’s listening to music, playing games, or cozying up to watch a movie after a much needed onsen, we have you covered. Kitchen - Equipped with all necessary cookware. Bathroom - Full bath located downstairs. Entrance to onsen is through bathroom so you can have a rinse before and after if needed. If you want to go the traditional approach, you’ll actually wash before and after to keep the onsen at an optimum “Natural” running capacity. Shower is laid out so that you can pass through to the onsen while someone is showering. The Onsen can hold 6. Basement - There you’ll find a large entrance ahead where you can store skis and snowboard. You will need to rent a car with this location. Guest access Our house is your house. The entire house is available to you with the small exception of one back room in the basement where we store our personal items and house equipment that you just don't want to be bothered with. Check in is 3pm and checkout is 10am. Other things to note In the winter especially, this house requires a vehicle that has four wheel drive as we have a long driveway that can get quite snowy and impassable with 2WD. If you are visiting in the peak of winter we highly recommend a 4WD SUV. The onsen is pressure washed before and after each stay. The water comes out of the ground 700 meters below the onsen and is not chemically treated. Minerals are present in the water. We highly recommend showering before and after using the onsen.
