Marizaa Homestay at Casa Kayangan Meru Ipoh is a brand new house apartment with 3 bedrooms and strategically located in the heart of Bandar Meru Raya. From the Level of 21 you can enjoy the view of mountains, night lights, morning sunshine and wonderful serene stay. There are various range of facilities provided to the residence such as, infinity pool, gymnasium, children playground and a lot of free parking available at the apartment. The space Our unit is located at level 21. From here you can enjoy the view of mountains, the town and all the lights during the night. The size of the apartment is 920sqf. This apartment can cater 6 -8 adult. 6 people can sleep in the bedroom and additional 2 people can sleep in the living area. There are 3 bedroom in my apartment consist of 2 Queen size bed and 1 super single (pull out) bed 2 layer. While in the living area there is a comfy and soft carpet (sleeping sheet will be provided) The living area is suitable for family to chill and relax and watch movies together. We provide a 29 inch TV with Astro channel. it is a perfect way to relax and feel like home. Parking is not an issue here, there are lot of free parking available in the apartment. Guest access Guest can access to all the facilities provided by the apartment management such as infinity pool (at Level 2), gymnasium (enter with access card) , kids playground . There are lots of free parking for visitors. Guests can park more than 2 car at visitor parking. Guest have to register with ID/driving licence at the guard house. To check in the house, we provide self check in & check out. Details will be given prior to guest arrival. Other things to note 1. Infant & kids below 12 stay for free. 2. Our house has espring water filter. Guest can drink water directly from the filter. 3. Please take note, our home only have 1 air-conditioning (in masterbedroom) but we have ceiling fans in all room and living hall. 4. Please apologize also because at this moment, we not provide water heater in both bathroom. 5. For safety reason, we will ask for deposit for all confirm booking.
