The building is located on Sirimunklajarn road which is step away from Nimmanhaemin road. The space 70 Sq.m. with fully furnished of modern style. You will enjoy yourself like home. Actual apartment may vary slightly with the one pictured (we have them in Modern tone and Earth tone). *Room equipped with furniture and cooking facilities only. Decorative items are not included. Other things to note ***** Monthly guest bookings which has been made before May 1st ,2025 still needs to pay the utility fee at the end of the stay. ***Electricity and water are additional. (electricity : 8 baht/unit , water : 200 baht/room/month). *The additional payment will be requested through AIRBNB Resolution Center on your departure day. *** Monthly guest bookings which has been made after May 1st, 2025 has no longer to pay the utility fee due to new Airbnb policy (10/5/2025). ***Cleaning service is 1 time a week (Sheet&Towels will be replaced as well). **For Monthly guests, Welcome amenities is provided only 1 time on the arrival date. After that guests have to buy themselves. ***Smoking and vaping is strongly prohibited in this building even at the balcony. The reservation would be termiated without refunding and there is a 10,000 THB fine if you broke our smoking policy***
