The space The house was built in the early 1900s by Grandpa Francesco and Grandma Clementa, and it was just a ruin when, in 2018, it was completely renovated based on a design by our daughter Carola, an interior architect. Casa Clementa is the perfect combination of innovation and tradition. The macro-cement of the floors and the iron of the staircase coexist harmoniously with the Vienna straw, with the modern furniture and with the lacquered wooden fixtures that are a faithful reproduction of the original ones. The eclectic style, the measured touches of color, and the natural elements make the house lively and welcoming, ideal for those who, like us, appreciate details. The outdoor veranda, equipped with a kitchen, is perfect for enjoying at all times of the day thanks to the wicker roof that filters the sunlight. The double shower in the courtyard is much appreciated by our guests for freshening up after a day at the beach. The walls of the house are made of ladiri (raw earth) and help keep it cool in the summer and warm in the colder months. An open space includes a fully equipped kitchen and a small relaxation area. Everything is designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation without sacrificing the convenience of its central location. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house that is equipped with everything you need to accommodate up to three people and a baby. In the outdoor veranda made of wicker, you can eat at any time of the day or night, and there is also an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the cool of the evening. If you travel on two wheels (bike or motorcycle) you can conveniently park them in the inner courtyard (the gravel is suitable for vehicles). A small car (Fiat500, Fiat Panda, Lancia y etc) can also be accommodated in the indoor parking lot, while if you travel in a large car, free 24-hour parking is just 150 meters away. Other things to note Casa Clementa is located just 100 meters from the central square, the beating heart of the village, but outside the restricted traffic area, so it is accessible by car 24 hours a day.
