The space This cosy Studio Apartment with Terrace, AC / Heater, Washing machine for clothes( no dryer, there’s a clothes drying rack), Closet, fast Wi-Fi, Cable TV, is located in a fully renovated 19th century building and was carefully designed and equipped to offer you the most comfortable stay. The Terrace, at the back of the building, has no view but it’s very bright with lots of light. There’s a private storage room to store our guests' luggage before check in or after check out. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio apartment Other things to note There’s an elevator only since first floor ( ground floor is zero) but we recommend to use it only for your luggage! From zero floor until 1st floor there’s 2 flights of stairs to climb! Flores Street is pedestrian with limited car access.
