Affinity Beach Cottage is one of 29 cottages located in Gulfside Cottages. The beach is a short stroll on sidewalks with white picket fences and a boardwalk. There are no major roads to cross. The community has a shared pool which has lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a bathroom. Affinity is furnished for small families and the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. No smoking is permitted. The space The main living space is downstairs, and the bedrooms are upstairs. The cottage has two main bedrooms with the third bedroom being an enclosed, sleeping porch separated by the master bedroom with pocket doors. Master bedroom has a sleep-number, stationary king-bed with a wall-mounted TV, two closets, and an attached bathroom. The sleeping area off the master has two twin Murphy beds. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a TV, an attached bathroom, and a porch area that overlooks the community. If more than six people, there is a queen-size, sofa sleeper in the living area downstairs. Since this has been an unprecedented time with COVID-19 and many hardships, the following rates apply for this year. Weekly stays are Saturday to Saturday and include one Free night when booked for a week. 2020 WEEKLY RATES (Saturday to Saturday) Summer $1900 week Fall $1650 week Rates include FL taxes and cleaning. Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older. Equipped and furnished for small families. Family dog requires a non-refundable fee of $150, must be approved by owners at time of booking, and must be on a flea/tick program. Winter rates are $3000 per month.
