We have an open floor plan, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit that has been recently refreshed. This condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the old North Woodstock Schoolhouse. With only eight units in the building, it offers a private setting unlike the large condo complexes. The main floor is full of light all day!!! On those 90+ degrees days there are two portable a/c units one for each bedroom, that are easily rolled over and vented out the window. It is not central a/c.
