Guest access * The property is located in Plumstead SE18 1RN, on a residential road. * 15 minutes walk from Plumstead Station. * 4 minutes walk from buses: 51, 53 and 291. * 1 minute walk from Plumstead Common that you can pop to for a smoke. * There's free parking for a car on the road. * Supermarkets, shops and cafes are 5 minutes walk from the property. * Only 15 minutes drive to the fabulous O2 Arena Greenwich where you can enjoy the entertainment lounge, top restaurants, cinema, music and dance shows, shopping, exhibitions and other special events. During your stay Always available via the platform if you should need assistance. Other things to note Your private room is on the third floor (top level) of a loft conversion mid-terrace house built in 1908, with lots of squeaky stairs. Please read before booking: • The house is older, with no lift/elevator. • Access requires climbing several flights of stairs. • There are no handrails on the staircase leading to the top floor. • Not suitable for guests with mobility issues or those over 55 years old. • Important: The roof of the loft space has a known issue and can LEAK WHEN IT RAINS. We’ve set a lower rate to reflect this, and want guests to be aware in advance. If you’re comfortable with stairs and don’t mind this trade-off for the lower price, you’ll find this private loft space a budget-friendly option with plenty of character. Other things to note: * We are happy to accept 2 adults and a child. * TV is provided, that is only connected to NETFLIX and YOUTUBE. NO CABLE CHANNELS. * The kitchen, dining area and the bathroom are all shared. * There is only one bathroom in the house (on the second floor), comes with a standing shower, and toilet. * Kettle, microwave and a mini fridge with freezer provided in the room. * We have an introvert 14 years old boy that plays the piano and Roblox. * Quiet period 11pm to 6am.
