This is a family home and comes equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay, detailed below. We have been hosting select guests for over 12 years. The space The home has 4 bedrooms, on two floors, with a large fully equipped kosher kitchen, reverse osmosis water filter, refrigerator with filtered cold water and ice dispenser, a dining table opens to seat 12, dishwasher (meat), air conditioning in all rooms (updated) 1.5 bathrooms, business wifi, washer, dryer, linens and towels, all Shabbos equipment, toys and baby equipment. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We hope that our guests will come in and feel that they have arrived at a friend's house. Located in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, a pedestrian neighbourhood with restaurants, stores and all neighbourhood amenities within minutes of the house. There is no official guest parking. Our Toyota Verso (7 seats) might be available to rent on a daily basis. For both Pesach and Sukkot special booking considerations such as a flat fee for the stay or a specific length of stay may be available which can't be adjusted on Airbnb. Please contact me. Sukkah us located just outside the house, seats 8 + a full bed and 2 roll away beds. Pesach cleaning is provided and Pesach kitchen is equipped lmehadrin. For your peace of mind, there are smoke detectors and fire escape ladders in the house, and the building has a bomb shelter. Guest access Guests have the whole house. Friendly neighbours on all sides for help and company, if you wish. Other things to note Shabbos rentals are check-in 2 hours before candle liighting and check out 1.5 hours on Motzei Shabbos. Air conditioners are located and each bedroom and the living room kitchen area. Safety: For your peace of mind, the home has smoke alarms, fire escape ladders and the building complex has a convenient bomb shelter.
