Newly built 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Just a few blocks from Safeway, Walgreen & the hospital. 3 blocks to Main St & then 4 blocks to downtown. 1/2 block to Spearfish Creek, park & bike path. So much thought has gone into this comfortable home away from home. I've tried to provide most everything you will need to be comfortable. Plenty of outdoor seating on the deck with great views & a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Designated covered parking for guests under the deck. The space I took great measures to make sure this was a place I would be excited to stay if I were a guest looking for a nightly rental. Guest access Guests have use of the entire apartment, deck and parking below. During Sturgis Motorcycle Rally guests have the option of sharing the garage.
