We are 2 km from the center, or a 15-minute walk among fine residences. The Studio has hot and cold air-conditioning, a compact kitchen consisting of: microwave, sandwich maker, electric kettle and coffee maker, sink, dishes and minibar. (NO STOVE) Practical kitchen for preparing breakfast, quick snacks and heating ready or frozen food Studio with table and chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, private bathroom. Downstairs, we have a cozy shared living room with a wood-burning stove used for heating and a washroom. Space set up with great affection so that, when everything is over, guests can fraternize, chat or have a glass of wine by the fireplace. Guest access The location is excellent, just a few steps from Lago Negro. Ideal park for photos, tours, hiking, pedal boating. Enjoy a draft beer at the newly opened pub, buy souvenirs at the craft shops. Visit the Enchanted Germany theme park and so many other things. Other things to note We are a family accommodation and, in addition to the Studio, a large room is available to the guest at the entrance with a sofa, a wood stove for heating for those who want to make a fire. This is the only shared space. Voltage in all outlets is 220V. WE DO NOT HAVE A STOVE IN THE UNITS, NOR PRIVATE PARKING.
