This 1 bedroom, second floor above garage apartment is about 400 square feet, includes all essentials as well as WiFi. One queen sized bed in the bedroom and short twin pull out sofa bed in living room. The space is perfect for 1 or 2. The space is very unique and charming, some updated features include flooring. Cute built in dresser and closet provide storage in the cozy room. There is a hanging rod for additional clothes just outside of the bedroom. It is an old building with cute charm, so has some quirks. Great value! Washer and dryer is available on property with advance notice. Guest access The bungalow. It is located above our garage. Shared washer and dryer for long term guests with advance notice. Parking spot for 1 vehicle, but you can pull second vehicle behind you if needed as long as neither are oversized. Please make sure you let us know of youll have one or two so we can accomodate. Max 2 vehicles on property at all times, even guests.
