Nice room and close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres

Enjoy this central and comfortable accommodation, surrounded by all the necessary services such as laundry, shops, pharmacy, market, etc. It is located 5 minutes from Puerto Juárez, the pier to go to Isla Mujeres and 15 minutes from the main beaches and the hotel area of Cancun. Public transportation can be taken just half a block from the studio. Enjoy this comfortable and central studio with a private bathroom, 5 minutes away from the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The space The room is comfortable, has a double bed, full private bathroom, closet furniture, minibar, microwave, dishes, glasses and cutlery, dishwasher and air conditioning. It is located on the ground floor, very close to the avenue where public transportation passes. Due to Cancun's warm weather, we do NOT have hot water service. Guest access The studio does not have private parking, however, you can park on the street. Other things to note The studio is surrounded by all necessary services as, drugstore, laundry and a typical Mexican market. Due to the warm weather of Cancun, we do not have hot water service. Due to the hot weather we have in Cancun, there ISN'T hot water available.
