Modern cottage on acreage in the Hills

Located in gorgeous Beaconsfield Upper, this modern cottage sits at the top of a picturesque five acre property with ample lawn and a fire pit. We have three horses here and often see kangaroos, wombats, rabbits, eagles, parrots, kookaburras and more. Enjoy the views from the deck or make the short drive to Emerald, Cardinia Reservoir, Puffing Billy, the Dandenongs and several great wineries. There's also fantastic food and coffee at the Beaconsfield Upper General Store just down the hill. The space We're less than an hour from the Melbourne CBD, but you'll feel like you're world's away. Upon arrival, you can park in the carport attached to the cottage. There's a covered front deck with table and chairs to relax with a drink at sunset. Inside, the kitchen and bathroom are modern and there is a comfy couch and piano. We can also provide wood for the fire pit (restrictions permitting of course).
