This newly built, modern studio is situated in the heart of Green Point, close to restaurants, coffee shops and an excellent supermarket. The building has a reception with 24 hour security and a secure parking bay. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront (10 minutes) and the De Waterkant area (15 minutes). The city centre, Table Mountain and our beautiful beaches are only a short drive away. The space This cosy, contemporary space is perfect for a single person or couple. The studio has all the essentials to help make your stay a comfortable one. The bedroom has a queen bed and an air conditioner and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. There is a smart TV and a comfortable 3 seater couch in the lounge . The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven and 4 plate hob, washing machine , microwave and a blender. The WiFi is fibre and is fast and uncapped. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a secure undercover parking bay. Other things to note There has been NO loadshedding in Cape Town for over a year. Hopefully this is the end of loadshedding!!!
