It's the perfect spot to get away from it all while still being right by the action depending on what you are looking for. Our home is right in the middle of the Long Island Wine Region with the closest vineyard being a 2 minute car ride away (or 15 minute walk if you've sampled a little too much wine). The space The house is an impeccably maintained split ranch with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It is located on a 1.5 acre lot on the inlet with a dock, gazebo, pond, and plenty of toys including kayaks, a pedal boat, a fire pit, swing, Jumbo Jenga, beer and wine on tap, and a captained boat upon request. If you get bored of the activities on the property, you will be located a short drive away from some of the best vineyards on the North Fork, the famous Love Lane, Beaches on the Long Island Sound as well as Peconic Bay. For those looking to shop, Mattituck is perfectly in the middle of Greenport Town and Tanger Outlets in Riverhead with countless little shops filling the space between.
