The Old Granary is a delightful self-contained converted cottage with off road parking and small private garden. It is situated in the middle of a small village which is 10 mins from J14 of the M5, 15 mins from J18 of M4, half an hour from Bath, Bristol and Cirencester and approximately 40 mins from Cheltenham and the Forest of Dean. Hillesley is a quiet village with a wonderful pub. It is situated on the Cotswold Way and ideally placed for a walking holiday. The space The Cottage has three bedrooms - one double with a walk in wardrobe, two singles (one of which also has a shower), bathroom and shower, lounge/diner, conservatory, kitchen with washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment, entrance hall and downstairs cloakroom. The village is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with plenty of places of visit close by including several National Trust properties, Westonbirt Arboretum, Chavenage House (scene of filming for Poldark and others), Castle Coombe and Tetbury. Guest access The whole cottage and garden are available for guests. Other things to note The cottage is completely self-contained and, especially during the present concerns of the Coronavirus, guests do not need to have any contact with locals or socialise at all if they do not need to. Complete sanitization is carried out between all guests. The village is very small and is surrounded by lovely quiet countryside where walks can be enjoyed without the threat of meeting people.
