There is plenty of seating, including window seating for additional comfort. The master bedroom has the most amazing shower, full bath within the open floor plan. Note there is not a door to access the full bath, it is connected with the master bedroom. There is plenty of storage space, with access to a full closet and dresser. Self serve laundry services are available with a full laundry room including a drying rack and an iron. The space includes a half bath for convenience, right off the kitchen. Guests will have access to the entire 1st floor. This includes a large kitchen space along with dining. There is a living room for relaxing and a master bedroom with a complete bathroom. There is 1 parking space in the driveway and additional parking on the street. We love to socialize but also understand the importance of space. We will be available for the guest when it is needed. The neighborhood has a great personality with walking access to a ton of restaurants and bars. The neighborhood also has 3 theaters, including the Capitol Theater for movie night along with the Cleveland Public Theater and the Near West Theater for the Performing Arts. The lake is so close, you can walk to it. Edgewater Park, Whiskey Island and Wendy Park offer fishing, volleyball courts, bird watching and picnic tables to relax, eat and see the sights. Easy access to get to any of the sports venues.
