This amazing apartment is located approximately 5 /10 mins walk from the beach & town centre giving you easy access to the train station & harbour with amazing restaurants and pubs. The space Cassiobury rd is set in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short stroll from the beach, train station and town centre. The apartment is the whole ground floor of a converted Victorian house and consists of 2 good sized bedrooms (1 at the front and 1 at the rear of he property) there is also a well equipped kitchen, lounge with separate dinning area. There is a good size bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet and basin. The garden is accessed through french doors to the rear of the property with decking and steps leading to the lower level ( there is a small gate at there top of the steps for safety purposes). All the beds have Emma mattresses on them and we use good quantity cotton linen on the beds. There are a number of board games and books for guests to use. There are wireless chargers in all rooms and Alexa’s in the lounge and front bedroom (which can be unplugged if you don’t want to use them) There is a travel cot and baby bath at the apartment
