Peaceful family home with beautiful garden

If you enjoy peace and calm while on vacation we invite you to come and enjoy our 140M2, 4 bedroom, family home with (South) garden located in a quiet and friendly street in Bennebroek. "Our" small town is lovely and just 10K from the Beaches at Zandvoort and 14K from the beaches at Bloemendaal aan Zee. Bennebroek is a slow paced, family friendly village. The house is located near " De Waterleiding Duinen" a unique mix of forest and dunes that provide for beautiful walks and runs. The space The front side of the house dates back from 1920, a typical working class home. The "back end" of our home is build by an architect that made sure the living area flows into the garden that's looking out on the park. The house has two floors, which will be all yours during your stay. The ground floor has an open kitchen, dining area with view on the garden and a living area with doors to the garden. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a garden/park view, one (kids) room with a double bed, two (kids) rooms with a single bed, and the bathroom (separate shower and bath). There is no baby/toddler bed available. The garden has a family dining table, a lounge place under the veranda, and an outdoor kitchen. During your stay, you can use everything as we want you to be home in our house. Guest access At the back of the house you have your own parking spot on the right side. Here you can also find an electric charger for your electric car. Only applicable if your personal charging subscription allows for usage. Other cars can park at the parking lot. If you park here its only 50 meters to the back yard entry. Other things to note We like you to enjoy our home as much as we do and ask you to take into consideration that during your stay you are part of a community that respects each other and takes " the other" into account. While you are enjoying your holiday our neighbors are working and living their everyday live. We ask you to be mindful of this. When you rent our home you also agree to following strict rules: - No music in the garden (boombox etc.) - No parties or events from non registered guests - After 22.00 our neighbors sleep and we want them to enjoy it! To guarantee this we have set a silent outside window between 22.00 and 09.00 in the morning. Remember you can always go inside the house:) - Only use the rights parking space " attached" to our garden for the parking of one car. Its the space with the electric charger. Other parking spots are dedicated to our neighbors. WIN-WIN: Our neighbors will give you the exact same piece and calm in return. Making sure you can enjoy your holiday!
