Welcome to @TheParkInn - Eagle's Nest Suite. Ambiance!! Great views of harbor and Straights. Newly opened again post exterior remodeling - Our newest recently remodeled, stylishly furnished, two story suite in a one-of-a-kind architecturally designed NW contemporary home. Amazing views of the harbor, Salish sea, B.C. and beyond from the expansive windows in every room. Across the street is the Olympic Nat'l Park HQ & trails. The space What we call the "Eagle's Nest" is our newest, two-story suite with amazing territorial and water views from every room. Please take note this unit has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. Be aware there are guest units below and on the east of this suite. Appreciation for your consideration especially during quiet hours of 10pm-10am. The main level has a large terracotta tiled/cedar lined entry with plenty of room to stow shoes, coats, etc. Adjacent to the entry is a very wide wrap around, cedar lined stairway located in what we refer to as the "turret" leading to the loft. Really calming, cool aesthetic throughout! The entry leads into the large open concept comfortably furnished living/dining space which features a wall of windows leading to your private view deck with seating for (6) and fully stocked charcoal grill. The living/dining room open concept offers a contemporary and very comfy sectional and other unique seating options, a round glass dining table with six chairs and a separate full bar cabinet and setup for those evening cocktails. There is a large screen TV with Roku and remote-controlled shades to reduce glare from windows during the day and additional privacy in the evening. The updated wet bar/kitchenette (not a full kitchen - no oven/stove) with deep quartz sink and a large L shaped quartz countertop and buffet offers plenty of prep space and storage as well most any countertop appliance you might need., i.e., toaster, blender, crockpot, steamer/rice maker, etc. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes/glassware/utensils for (6), the adjoining built in entertainment center with large appliance garage on the lower half that houses a commercial compact fridge, separate beverage/wine fridge, ice maker and microwave. The 2nd level loft has amazing water and park views from the custom wall of windows both north and south and is furnished with a custom Murphy bed which converts from a sofa when in closed position and a queen sized pillowtop bed when open. It has built in wardrobes and drawers on either side for hanging/storing clothes and personal belongings. There is ample built in LED lighting and charging stations for your electronic devices. The privacy, room darkening drapery installed in a ceiling track system can be opened/closed as needed to provide privacy and room darkening for comfortable sleeping. There is a smaller TV with Roku. Follow the loft bridge to the loft office/coffee bar to take care of any business needs in the ideal remote office setup or just enjoy your morning coffee in this wonderful space while watching wildlife strolling in the park and yard or stargazing through the three large skylights. The coffee bar has all you could want to start your mornings right. Fully stocked with organic/fair-trade coffee/tea/cocoa setup, filtered water station, mini fridge for half/half, welcome snacks/beverages and so much more. The spacious and comfortably furnished master bedroom has a brand-new queen pillow top bed with high end linens. The shared bath is a lovely, tiled ensuite with a double vanity and large dressing area, full length wall mirror, walk-in closet and separate wet area with a large roman soaking tub + separate shower with skylight and rain shower head and handheld shower wand. ** Please note the bathroom is located on the 2nd level**. The views from the master are incredibly diverse and ever changing…. very romantic! Watch seafaring traffic large and small and the sound of the fog horns when the fog rolls in. You will find vaulted, beamed ceilings, high end lighting and artwork throughout the space as we strive to create an eclectic design with comfortable vibe our guests will find interesting and enjoy. Other things to note * Please note: This suite does not have a full kitchen. The updated wet bar/kitchenette (no oven/stove) with deep quartz sink and a large L shaped quartz countertop and buffet offers plenty of prep space and storage as well most any countertop appliance you might need., i.e., toaster, blender, crockpot, steamer/rice maker, etc. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes/glassware/utensils for (6), the adjoining built in entertainment center with large appliance garage on the lower half that houses a commercial compact fridge, separate beverage/wine fridge, ice maker and microwave. * This unit is not suitable for children 12 yrs or younger. Please do not eat on the living and bedroom furniture to avoid staining/damage of furniture and linens to include living room tables. We provide dining areas in the main living, outside patio and upstairs at the coffee bar. * Please be aware there are guest units below and on the east of this suite.
