Traditional stone and lime house for 10 people with central patio, large vegetated garden and swimming pool. It operates comfortably independently (water and electricity). Located in the countryside, a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the village of Sidi Kaouki and 20 km from Essaouira. The space Self-contained house that can accommodate 10 people in 2 large family suites and in 3 bedrooms arranged around a green patio. The adjoining house offers all the comforts with equipped kitchen, living room-fireplace, dining room and playroom for children. The enclosed land of 3500 m2 is composed of several wooded areas, gardens and terraces with lounges. We have 2 dogs, 3 cats, chickens, turtles... to the delight of children. We are sensitive to our water consumption, which is why we have 1 dry toilet out of 5, a large reserve of rainwater and a wastewater phyto-purification treatment system. The whole house operates autonomously (water and electricity) thanks to the recovery of rainwater by the terraces, 3 wells, photovoltaic panels, a wind turbine and a solar water heater. We therefore ask our visitors to be mindful of their water consumption in order to respect our commitment to reduce our environmental impact. Guest access Free access to all areas, except unmentioned rooms, yoga room and garage which are private. Other things to note The safety of children around the pool is the sole responsibility of the parents. As the house is located in a semi-arid region, we ask that you pay attention to your water consumption. Finally, the covered days do not allow the solar batteries to fully charge, so you will have to be vigilant about your electricity consumption these days in order to benefit from maximum lighting all night...
