The main house includes four bedrooms: one downstairs adjacent to the bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. There is a an unheated outdoor pool that can be used in the warmer months. The property also includes a 900 sf yoga studio with views of the river. The property is about a ten minutes drive to downtown Pittsboro with shopping and restaurants. The woodland retreat provides a peaceful getaway. It is surrounded by nature, walking trails and just steps from the Rocky River. Guests have access to the main house and pool, as well at the yoga studio. Please inquire with the owners regarding larger gatherings and events. We live just under an hours drive from the property and can be available most anytime. There is a caretaker that lives on the property in a separate cabin. What we love most about this property is it's rustic charm. It is located deep in the woods, off a gravel road. It's great for those who enjoy nature and don't mind bug spray. The three bedrooms with full sized beds are small and work best for families that don't mind close quarters. As it is a cabin, there is no insulation between the first and second floors, adding to it's rustic charm.
