OBLIGATIONS OF the LESSEE - The Lessee will peacefully use the leased accommodations and furniture and equipment according to the destination given to them by the lease and will respond to damages and losses that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises in which it has exclusive use. - The Lessee will maintain the rented accommodation and return it to good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the contract.
