Urban Rest 2 bedroom BLOCKS from Petco

A converted carriage house of a New American Colonial home built in the early 1900’s, this two bedroom 1 bath apartment has been completely modernized. It’s breezy, bright and comfortable, with vintage character still intact. We are located in Sherman Heights, just a 10 minute walk to East Village, and 20-25 minute walk to San Diego's Gaslamp District. We are a great location for convention attendees and visiting baseball fans as Petco Park is just a 15 minute walk from us! The space Urban Rest has been newly remodeled with fresh paint, new lights and light fixtures, brand new beds, new premium mattresses, designer bed linens, new towels, and new furniture through out. The apartment is spacious yet cozy and comfortable. The space is ideal for two couples or a small family of four. There are two bedrooms with each bedroom having its own bed. One bedroom has a queen size bed with two closets and the other bedroom has a full size bed with one closet. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and in the living room there is the fold down fouton couch. (The back rest of the couch will drop down flat, making a flat full size bed for our guest to use if they need additional sleeping spaces.) We have extra linens for this usage. We only want to have a max of five people in Urban rest because more than five people would be too many for this space. If need be, we also have an air mattress for our guests to use. In addition to the space, there are outside areas on this property that can also be utilized by our guests. There is a dining table in front of Urban rest and a patio/back yard area that can be reserved for our guests. We DO have two apartments in our back house. Urban Chic is above Urban Rest so there might be a little foot noise above your unit. Also, other areas on the property may also have to be shared. (Patio and fire table, dining table). The patio needs to be reserved ahead of time, and if we have guests staying in each Air B & B at the same time, the patio can only be reserved for one night per unit.
