Enjoy with family or friends this warm accommodation in a typical Auvergne village on the doorstep of the volcano park. The gite is located in the Couze Pavin Valley 10 minutes from the medieval city of Besse, the Château Fort de Murol, the Château du Marchidial in Champeix, St Nectaire, the Jonas Caves and the fairy fireplace. You can also discover beautiful landscapes on the edge of Lake Chambon, Lake Pavin, the Chaudefour Valley or Puy de Sancy for example. The space The gite is the old barn of my grandparents which has been transformed into a chalet type apartment. Its surface is 110m2 habitable on 2 levels. The gite has a large living room with open plan kitchen on the ground floor. Three separate bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each equipped with a queen size bed in 160x200. A mezzanine with relaxing seating area on 1st level. A large bedroom on the 1st level equipped with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed. At your disposal 2 cribs for babies, plus various childcare equipment.... Bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor, separate toilet. A bathroom with toilet and sink on the 1 st level. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, raclette machine... Internet box exclusively reserved for the cottage. Relaxation area with TV (TNT) in the seating area on the mezzanine. At your disposal, a fenced exterior with wooden terrace, garden furniture, umbrella at your disposal in summer. You can park your motorbikes or bikes in the shelter. Guest access Shops 10 minutes away in Besse or Champeix. Local markets nearby on Mondays in Besse, Wednesdays in Murol, Wednesdays in Montaigut-le-Blanc, Fridays in Champeix and Saturdays in Issoire. Other things to note ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE ⚠️ During SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, bookings must be at least 7 nights from Saturday from 5pm, checkout the following Saturday by 11am at the latest. Except during the All Saints' Day holidays. Linens are provided for stays of one week minimum. For stays of less than a week, sheets will be an additional service of €5 per bed to be paid on site upon arrival. Towels are not provided. We accept pets at no extra charge.
