The living room has a high ceiling, providing a captivating ocean view while you enjoy streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube on a 100-inch big screen. The 5.1ch high-1quality speakers create a theater-like experience. In the winter, you can keep warm by the bonfire, and during your stay, you can savor a BBQ on the balcony, which offers breathtaking view of the mountains and the ocean. If you’re lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars. The house provides free Wi-Fi with a speed of 250 to 300Mbps. The layout of the house consists of a spacious 4LDK configuration, including a living room, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms(two Japanese-Western style rooms and tow Japanese style rooms), a hot spring bath with three showers, and three toilets(two regular toilets and one male-only toilet). *BEDROOM Bedrooms and bedding arrangements are as follows. The Japanese-style mattresses provided are of high quality and offer the same level of comfort found in Japanese-style hotels, Ryokan. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. A coffee set is provided. *SHOPPING Due to the elevated position of the house, there are approximately 100 steps leading up to the entrance. We recommend considering purchasing any necessary items before your check-in. A grocery store called Atami MaxValue is conveniently located around a 12-minute drive away. *BBQ BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There's a 2500 yen fee to utilize the gas grill for the duration of your stay. You can conveniently make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. We offer tongs, a gridiron, and seasonings for your convenience. Please bring the food for your BBQ, and if desired, please bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc. Please note that in case of rain, the BBQ won't be available as there is no roof. However, you're welcome to bring your own tarp to cover the area. Also, for safety reasons, please avoid bringing your own charcoal. Moreover, the outdoor lights will automatically switch off at 9:00 PM, so please make sure to conclude your BBQ activities by that time. Kindly note that starting from October 1, 2023, there will be a revision in the BBQ fee. The new BBQ fee will be 2,500 yen for the entire duration of your stay. *PROJECTOR Enjoy Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and more. Please note that for viewing paid content or other streaming services (such as Netflix or Hulu), guests must provide their own accounts. Standard broadcast TV channels are also accessible on the TV. Additionally, if you want to project your own content, you can connect it using an HDMI cable of approximately 3 meters in length. *WIFI 
We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty. Other things to note 
 ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++About noises++ The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. ++Stairs++ Please be aware that the facility is situated on high ground, and access to the entrance requires climbing approximately 100 stairs. If you have heavy luggage or limited lower body strength, we recommend considering alternative accommodation options. ++Parking++ There is parking available for up to three cars on-site, and an additional parking space for two cars within a one-minute walk from the property. ++Number of guests++ If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++BBQ++
 To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Please note that BBQs are not allowed when it is raining, as there is no extended roof at the accommodation.Please note that bringing charcoal into the property is prohibited. ++Fireworks&sparkles++ 
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds at Nagahama Beach Park. It takes approximately 7-minute by car. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Regarding the Surrounding Environment++ During your stay, external factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors may be present. As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons.
