Our house is located on a quite street, nearby the city center, in the heart of the most trendy Rome' neighbourhoods: il Pigneto, named after its secular pine trees. It is famous for being the setting for "Rome open city" by Roberto Rossellini. The space Our house is a charming 1930's building newly renovated. It is 60 mq and is located in the most peaceful area of Pigneto neighbourhood, famous as the favourite set of Neorealismo cinema and now for its nightlife with dozens of bars, bistrot, pizzeria and art galleries. The house is sunny and quite and has a private garden with access to a large sunbathing terrace on the roof. Guest access From the studio you will have access to our small urban garden and to the large terrace on the roof. Our house is fully equipped, with high quality furniture, Air Conditioning in the studio and the bedroom; provided with flatware, towels, soap and shampoo. A washing machine and hair dryer are also available to guests. High speed WIFI connection. We can provide 2 double beds or up to 5 single beds. 5 people will be accepted just in case of families with 3 children Other things to note Note that my property is not an apartment building, but an independent house, very rare to be found in the city center.
