La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance. The space The accommodation consists of a main kitchen/living room/living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a covered terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and kettle. The house is heated by a pellet stove. Available: board games, books, PlayStation 2 with games. Outside: table, chairs and barbecue. You have access to the garden. We have 1 dog (Golden Retriever) Maïa, free in the garden, you don't need to worry she is used to being around people. The price includes bed linen and towels for 2 people. Possibility to rent bed linen for the sofa bed for €15 and towels for €10 per additional person, to be requested when booking. Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Linens must be removed from beds. Possibility to choose the cleaning package with an extra €20, to be requested when booking. Possibility to provide a foldable baby bed and high chair, to be requested when booking.
