Step into a beautiful, over 100-year-old city villa with special charm and friendly, familiar hospitality - whether for a spontaneous short trip, a meeting with friends or a longer break. In the sunny bay/breakfast room, in the shared living room, on the terrace, in the garden or by arrangement in the sauna area - the villa offers plenty of space and you can meet great guests from all over the world. Welcome and see you soon! :) Olli The space Son's room: - Spacious room - Two beds 100 x 200 - Large sofa bed - Sitting area with wing chairs The shared rooms are on the ground floor: - the beautiful, open entrance hall with fireplace, cloakroom and toilet - a large, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining - sunny bay/breakfast room and direct access to the - beautiful, large living room to relax and from here to the - South terrace with barbecue and access to the garden In the very spacious room, you can relax comfortably in the timelessly beautiful armchairs and plan your excursions in the area, read a book or serve yourself in the tea corner/fruit basket. A carved wooden bed with fantastic mattresses invites for a deep sleep. The room is very bright through two windows and has a beautiful parquet floor. You can store your clothes in the old farmer's closet. Two additional guests can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed. Guest access There is limited parking space directly at the villa. Free parking is in the side streets, 1-2 minutes walk. All things of daily needs, restaurants and the Rhine with its facilities can be reached in 5-15 minutes on foot. The villa is centrally located but very quiet in a 30s zone without truck traffic. During your stay One of us will always be there for you, giving advice, explaining bike paths or excursion destinations in the region, and answering your questions. The key is handed over by arrangement, as well as your arrival time from 3 p.m. and until 7 p.m. If you have any special requests, especially early or late, just contact us.
