Casa Natura in Ammouliani, Greece

The perfect spot for nature lovers! A 2-bedroom summer house, located in 4 acres yard just in front of the Kalopigado beach, in the island of Ammouliani. Casa Natura was built in the late 70s and has been renovated in 2019, blending the traditional architecture of Chalkidiki with modern design. It is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing holiday experience. There is another, smaller house on the property, so there are some common, shared places, like the garden and the beach spot. The space Our house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (which can be made as one double upon request) , a large living room with two double sofa beds (each one sleeps comfortably 2 persons) , a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, including the living room. Necessary amenities like washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. Baby crib can be available upon request. Just outside the house there is a large terrace , where you can enjoy our BBQ facilities at the outside dining table. Since Casa Natura is just in front of the sea, we provide everything you may need for a day at the beach, such as umbrellas, sunbeds and beach towels. There is also an outdoor shower, right in the heart of our garden! Our yard consists of olive trees, palm trees, large cacti, pine trees and there is plenty of free space for children to play and run around safe. There is also private parking in the property . Guest access You will have access in the entire house and the yard except the basement and the warehouse. There is a smaller house on the property, so the yard and the beach spot maybe will be shared with the people living on the small house (the owners or some guests) Other things to note - Since the house is surrounded by large trees and it is entirely in the nature, be prepared that some insects may appear in the outdoor area, such as ants , bees, mosquitoes etc. Guests are kindly requested to always use the mosquito nets on the windows in order to keep the house safe from insects. -We do not provide cleaning services, but we have extra towels and bedsheets available .
