Private Room in the countryside

Kappaemme Zero is a co-living nestled in the countryside of Casteldaccia, only 5 minutes from the sea. It all begins from the need to slow down, to look inside and reinvent oneself in a resilient way. A shared residence with internal and external common spaces to share knowledge, participate to workshops, to cook together, to observe Nature, to explore the surrounding area and to create new connections. It is a creative space, attentive to sustainability and spiritual health. The space A large villa with four private bedrooms, two en-suite, a double room wih private bathroom in the corridor and a single room with a living terrace overlooking the sea. Inside there is a spacious and equipped kitchen with a big social table and a veranda with co-working stations and a wonderful view of the Gulf of Casteldaccia and the Aeolian Islands. From the veranda you get access to the terrace. There, you can comfortably rest on the cotton hammocks or relax in the Jacuzzi or simply enjoy the solarium space. Outside there is the a salt water swimming pool, bbq, shower, private bathroom and a living area for dining comfortably outdoor. Everything surrounded by plants, olive, lemon or orange trees. A space to meet professionals and creatives, to take advantage of the events organised by our community, the excursions, the workshops or the different cultural activities. Guest access Every space in the house will be made available and shared with all guests. An additional contribution will be requested for the use of the jacuzzi and for the participation in the workshops. During your stay We are Sicilians by culture and tradition! At the base of our project is the desire to share our passions. We believe that every contact leaves a trace. We will share the love for our land, our food, our plants, our cats, our territory.
