With 10 spacious bedrooms, several cosy lounges and living areas, a large garden, private pool, games and all you need for young children, our family holiday home offers you lots of space to socialise without ever having to feel on top of each other. JUNE WEEKENDS, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR: Minimum stay of 3 nights. The Price per night shown is for up to 16 guests. There is a supplement for additional guests (17th guest onwards not including children of 2 and under): €42.50 per person per night (November - April) €52.50 per person per night (May and October) €65 per person per night (Bank Holiday weekends and June - September) 🛌 BEDROOMS Airconditioning throughout the property except the main living room which doesn't need it. The nursery adjoining Colonel Mustard does not have its own air conditioning unit but can be cooled by leaving the connecting door open to the main bedroom. In dry periods more cars can park on the grass • Pool towels can be provided (7,50€/towel) 🗺 LOCATION • Less than 1 hour from Toulouse and the Pyrenees • Quiet countryside setting; short walk to village shops, bakery, cafés and weekly market • 15 minutes away from swimming lakes, golf courses, hikes, theme parks, markets, excellent restaurants etc. Guest access You will have private use of the entire property with the exception of some cupboards and the garage which are locked. Other things to note You can order your groceries online and have them delivered to the house. The ski resorts are generally open from December to March. The closest one is 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car from the house. If you book a stay at La Rivière, Charlotte will send you plenty of tourist information with caterer contacts, restaurant recommendations, outings, etc., to help you prepare your stay.
