600+ sq ft one bedroom, one bath cottage "ADU" with full kitchen, bedroom, living and dining room. Private entrance and patio. Sleeps up to two guests with queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed. High speed wifi, cable and SmartTV streaming services, including Netflix Hulu, Hbo etc. Five minutes to Apple, easy access to freeways 280 & 85, great location for exploring Silicon Valley. Perfect for working or relaxing. Long term stays only. The space The Cottage is separate from the main house so you experience a one bedroom , kitchen, dining and living room to yourself .The Cottage is tucked away from the street making it more private with less noise from traffic. Surrounded by trees you have the feeling of being in the mountains which are only a few miles up the road with access to hiking, picnicking and biking. Stevens Creek Reservoir, Blackberry Farm Trail, and Rancho San Antonio Park too mention a few. And if you happen to be a traveling nurse the hospitals , El Camino, Santa Clara Kaiser, Stanford are all within 20 minutes or less. Guest access Guests may access the patio area right outside the cottage with a table and chairs. Private parking in the driveway. Because we are a long term rental you’ll have access to washer and dryer located in garage which is connected to the cottage. Other things to note Cottage can accomodate up to three guests with an extra charge of 30$ each per night.
