Villa Rubí is located on the Costa Dorada, in Calafell, a 5-minute drive from the beach. The reasons why you'll like being in my house: - A spacious and bright living room with a semi-open and very well-equipped kitchen. - Outdoor area with swimming pool, fish pond, barbecue and Moorish oven. - AC and heat - Entertainment area in the garage with a ping pong table, darts, and an electronic archery game. The space The house is very spacious and bright, with a capacity for 10 people, fully equipped to meet all the needs you may have during your stay and feel at home, with a multitude of common areas to enjoy the company of family or friends. The house is located in a quiet area, very well connected, on a street with very few neighbors and no exit. You can park the car on the same street as there is always availability, and if you wish you can put your car in the garage. It will be your refuge where you will enjoy wonderful rest, fun, and privacy. Guest access The house has: - Great living room very bright dining room with exit to large terrace, which communicates with any outdoor space as well as any other stay in the house. - Large fully equipped kitchen, with a combi fridge as well as a support freezer archon. - Covered outdoor terrace with barbecue and moruno oven, table for 10 diners to enjoy pleasant evenings with family or friends, outdoors - 5 double rooms for a total of 10 people. 3 of them (1 suite) with double beds (1.50) and possibility of a children's crib (60x120 cm.) for one of the rooms as needed. The other two rooms have 2 single beds of 90cm each. - 3 full bathrooms, 1 en suite with shower, and spread over all floors of the house. - Garage entertainment area with ping pong table, darts and electronic archery, safe from the sun, ideal for long hours of leisure. - 8x4 meter salt water pool with access via work staircase Salt water has benefits with respect to chlorine, especially for skin and eyes . - Fish pond with small waterfall. - Some fruit trees, where guests can peck some of their fruits, depending on the time of the year. - A/C in the living / dining room and in the upstairs living room. In all bedrooms we have highly efficient ceiling fans. - Heating by radiators for the winter, as well as cozy fireplace. - Free WiFi - Panoramic ocean view The house has a pack of towels for each guest as well as sheets. Pool maintenance is carried out once a week, so that guests can enjoy it in the best condition, and on demand whenever needed or requested. Other things to note We will leave you information in the house with various options for entertainment, fun, leisure, culture, excursions, etc. that you can do during your stay. The house has an alarm system with a connection to an alarm center and police notification. The guest can decide whether or not to use it during their stay. In our accommodation we take all preventive measures to avoid the spread of covid-19, following all official recommendations, not only cleaning, but also disinfecting all areas of the house that could be exposed.
