Bathrooms & showers are within a minute's walk. Furnished with linens & towels. Grill, fire ring & picnic table. Friendly pets welcome with fee. Cabin is smoke-free! Swimming pool (May-Sept), playground, & Rec Room with pool table, shuffleboard, pinball machines, video arcade, piano & large screen TV/Roku. The space Located in award winning La Junta KOA Campground! Peaceful, friendly, clean & quiet. Guest access Swimming pool; mini golf (small fee); playground, cornhole toss, recreation room, laundry, convenience store with local gift items. Other things to note Camping Cabins are pet friendly (fee). No smoking of any kind (cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc. inside or within 20 feet of buildings. $100 cleaning/damage deposit required upon check-in. Occupancy is based on two people. There is no charge for children under age 5. Extra children ages 5 - 17 are $5/night; extra adults are $9/night. The City/County/State Sales Tax & Lodging fee totals 13.4%. AirBnB often does not collect the full amount of tax, so there may be a small charge for the balance of the tax we are required to collect. There is a $100 cleaning/damage refundable deposit collected at check-in & refunded on the day of check-out if nothing is damaged or missing, the lodging does not smell of smoke and does not require excessive cleaning.
