Other things to note Camping Cabins are pet friendly (fee). No smoking of any kind (cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc. inside or within 20 feet of buildings. $100 cleaning/damage deposit required upon check-in. Occupancy is based on two people. There is no charge for children under age 5. Extra children ages 5 - 17 are $5/night; extra adults are $9/night. The City/County/State Sales Tax & Lodging fee totals 13.4%. AirBnB often does not collect the full amount of tax, so there may be a small charge for the balance of the tax we are required to collect. There is a $100 cleaning/damage refundable deposit collected at check-in & refunded on the day of check-out if nothing is damaged or missing, the lodging does not smell of smoke and does not require excessive cleaning.
