Kathy’s Room is a quiet, cosy retreat with its own spacious ensuite and reverse-cycle air conditioning. It’s clean, private, and ideal for a peaceful stay in the Clare Valley. You’ll enjoy strong water pressure, plenty of hot water, and a very comfortable bed. While there’s no TV or dining table, we offer WiFi and undercover parking in a safe, relaxed setting. Located near the Clare Country Club and just a short drive to local wineries, cafes and foodie spots. Well-behaved pets are welcome. The space We can accommodate a small pet inside the room, but there is no safe dog fencing on the property. Guest access The area is best accessed by your private car. Other things to note We do have WiFi... and no TV (yes, no TV), no dining table, and only a very small Bar-fridge as seen in the photos. This room is a resting place; private, clean, and safe. Kathy's Room is close enough (a short drive) to all the foodie places in Clare, and is quite near the Clare Country Club. The bed has a fantastic mattress, and there is a big walk-in shower. You have a private reverse-cycle air conditioner. We maintain very high standards of cleaning and only use excellent quality linen and towels. We welcome small house-trained pets however there are NO FENCES on this two-acre property. We supply a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a small bar-fridge, for you to make a snack and perhaps cool a bottle of wine. After all, you are on holiday!
