KEYS A set of keys is provided. In case of loss, a supplement of €25 will be charged to make a replacement copy. In case of having to return to the apartment for the second time to have to open it due to loss of keys or for having forgotten them inside, €30 will be charged for travel and additional check-in. CLEANING The cleaning price includes the washing of sheets, towels and generic cleaning of the apartment and its elements. This section does not include excess cleaning, garbage collection, dirt, grease, stains on sheets and towels, etc. In these cases an additional € 30 cleaning and laundry supplement is applied to restore the cleaning of the items, NOT included in the web rates.   TOBACCO Out of respect for other guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. It is also not allowed to light candles and incenses.   It has an outdoor outdoor patio where smoking is allowed. KITCHEN A kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, Italian coffee maker and household items are available. Fast and take-away meals can be prepared.   GYM There is a gym less than 3 minutes walk away. Daily passes can be purchased. COEXISTENCE We understand that our guests are enjoying their vacation, so we wish you a pleasant stay. The building is inhabited by people who need to rest to attend their workday daily, so we suggest reasonable behavior.    We ask that you comply with the rules of the community of owners, especially with the hours of rest (11:00 pm to 08:00 am), and must be respectful of the neighbors who live in the building. Guest access The apartment is completely at the guest's disposal and you can make use of all the elements described on the website. During the stay, it is not shared with other guests. It has two double beds and two single beds (the little ones will love it), a sofa, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, an Italian coffee maker, household items, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, an iron, a TV, internet access and a Wi-Fi network, heating and air conditioning, bedding, towels, shampoo and shower gel.
